Ottimo
Camera grande e moderna. Staff cucina disponibile e buffet abbondante. Purtroppo sono davvero poche le opzioni vegane, soprattutto per colazione. Qualità del cibo media. La struttura si trova a 30m dal mare (lettini e ombrellone non compresi)
Climatizzatore vecchio e molto rumoroso, abbiamo dovuto chiamare 2 volte e poi andare di persona in reception per far venire il tecnico a controllare. Oltre 1 ora di attesa. Assenza di stendino in terrazzo. Parcheggio assente, nonostante sia segnalato tra i servizi sul loro sito web. È presente un parcheggio a circa 200m di distanza.

Eccellente
Tutto bellissimo, circa a una decina di minuti in auto da Magaluf. Hotel molto bello, con tutti i confort e personale gentile, la spiaggetta vicina molto carina e pulita (a titolo informativo: come molti sanno in Spagna le spiagge sono tutte libere e gli ombrelloni con lettini che sono presenti, sono a pagamento).
Come unica pecca (che tengo a precisare non do colpe all'hotel), c'erano moltissimi bambini (maleducati), che facevano molta confusione e non venivano ripresi da nessuno, ma questa è colpa dei genitori, l'hotel non c'entra nulla. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

L'animazione, il cuoco italiano Gabriele super gentile e sempre dispondibile, la possibilità di mangiare a tutte le ore
Il poco posto per le auto che ci ha fatto prendere una multa poichè non erano presenti altri posti, la non possibilità di unire dei tavoli essendo un gruppo di amici o si trovava un tavolo da 7 persone oppure si doveva cenare/pranzare/ fare colazione separati ed inoltre ci era stato detto non era possibile riservare il tavolo e sitematicamente alcuni tavoli erano riservati

«Ci tornerei sicuramente!»
Struttura ideale per famiglie e coppie vicinissima ad una caletta molto bella e poco affollata (con spiaggia libera o servizio ombrelloni a pagamento). Buffet vario e buono, cuoco italiano. Animazione super, ragazzi eccezionali. Laura dolcissima. Sevizio bar impeccabile. Stanze comode e pulite. La struttura dispone di 3 unità, la n.1 ideale per chi ha bimbi piccoli vicino al miniclub e alle piscine con giochi, la n.3 quella centrale dove c'è ristorante, spa, palestra, zona animazione e piccola sala giochi, la n.2 dove c'è il teatro e più adatta a chi non vuole stare nel "rumore".
Troppo casino al mattino presto dato al passaggio in corridoio e nei piani bassi di carrelli e personale. La vista della mia camera era attaccata ad una roccia e a degli alberi, non si riusciva neanche a vedere il sole. Scegliete camera vista mare! Ristorante aperto fino alle 22, ma se entravi alle 21.30 non avevi neanche il tempo di cenare che ti chiedevano poi di andare via. Per spostarsi serve per forza auto o taxi, in zona non c'è nulla (Magaluf a 10min di auto).
